Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) Special Borrowers

Current CMU students, faculty and staff may obtain a ULS Special Borrower card at Hillman Library by presenting their valid CMU ID. 
The Special Borrower card is valid through the current academic year: September 1 through August 31. Reciprocal Borrower agreement is reviewed annually.

Requesting and borrowing of physical items is available from the following ULS Libraries:

NOTE: Some ULS collections may have more restrictive policies

  2. Alldred Collection books circulate for 4 weeks with a maximum renewal period of 8 weeks.
