Involved in a consortium of other music libraries in research institutions who are discussing pricing structures for the electronic purveyance of the various print versions of reference tools in The New Grove series published by Macmillan. These libraries, which include Berkeley, UCLA, Yale, Cornell, NYPL, UMKC, Univ. of Virginia, Univ. of Illinois among others, are in dialogue with the publisher concerning the pricing structure of these materials.

• Co-authored the conference city guide entitled Out and About in Pittsburgh with Mary Kay Johnsen (Hunt Library, CMU).
• Coordinated an exhibition of artists' books entitled "Books and Beyond: Artists' Books from Ohio Valley Collections" in the University Art Gallery, March 14-April 1, 2000
• Developed the first ARLIS/NA silent auction, which earned $6,800 for the ARLIS/NA Scholarship Fund
