Annual reports:

According to the Bylaws of the Faculty Assembly of the University Library System, University of Pittsburgh, VII.A.5, "All standing committees shall submit a written annual report to the President (of the Faculty Assembly) by May 31 of each year." Presidential reports are discretionary rather than compulsory. The Executive Committee agreed that the best format to present these committee reports to the full Faculty Assembly was to combine them into a single annual report.
