Haskell Library Request for Tours/Library Instruction

There are no regularly scheduled tours of the Haskell Library. University of Pittsburgh at Titusville faculty who wish
to schedule a tour or instructional session at the library should contact: Marlene Beichner (ext. 4452) Mon. - Fri.,
or return the form below either electronically or through "snail" mail.

Requests for instruction and tours must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Please provide all pertinent
information on the form below. Indicate if you have any special needs; e.g., the students need to know how to
use a special research tool to complete their assignments. Confirmation of your appointment will be sent to you.
