Reserve a group study room in Hillman Library

How?
Go to pitt.libcal.com
Choose a room, choose a time, enter your name and your PITT email, and you're done!
Please note the following:
- Please use your Pitt email address to make the reservation
- Please have your reservation confirmation handy
- Individuals can reserve a maximum of two 1 hour slots in any given day*
- Individuals can reserve a maximum of six 1 hour slots per month
- If a room is not reserved it's available on a first come/first served basis
- Please be courteous and respect others' reservations
- Rooms are equipped with whiteboards and markers
The following rooms are able to be reserved:
Room 380 HL (Max. 6 persons)
Room 387 HL (Max. 8 persons)
Room 389 HL (Max. 8 persons)
Room 406 HL (Max. 18 persons)
Room 480 HL (Max. 6 persons)
*Slots are one hour in length with the following two exceptions:
The last slot of any given day is 45 minutes to ensure that your group has time to exit the building before closing
A bug in the system does not allow us to make available one-hour slots on both sides of midnight; therefore, the 11pm slot is 45minutes
