Millstein Library - Slide Collections
Camille Pissarro Jardin des Mathurins a Pontoise (1876)
The Millstein Library houses several slide collections that have been donated by various individuals. These include Dr. Paul Chew and Helen Wirsing. The Chew collection includes over 6,000 slides by major European and American artists as well as artistically significant places such as Rome and Florence, Italy.
The Wirsing collection contains over 9,000 beautiful slides depicting various places visited during the sixties, seventies and eighties.
These collections are available to library patrons. An Excel database and printed index is available for browsing. Other slide sets are cataloged and available through Pittcat+.
