Allegheny Conference on Community Development (HSWP)

The Allegheny Conference on Community Development (ACCD) online collection contains 1,123 images from 1875 to 1981 showing the construction and destruction of many Downtown structures and neighborhood buildings. The collection also includes many scenes at various airports.

Darlington Digital Library Darlington Digital Library
The Darlington Digital Library was created from the first major collection of books, manuscripts, atlases, and maps donated to the University of Pittsburgh. The Darlington Digital Library contains materials on colonial American history, the exploration of the Trans-Mississippi, the Far West, and world history. Also included are atlases and maps, broadsides, manuscripts, and lithographs.

H.J. Heinz Company (HSWP)

The H.J. Heinz Company online collection contains 236 images from 1870 to 1972 documenting the history of the food processing company, including product images and factory floor views, plant interiors from the 1950s, and a portrait of H.J. Heinz II. Images were selected that focus on the company's employees, food processing facilities, and their contributions to improved working conditions, food safety, and quality control procedures in the local food industry.
