Author, A. A., Author, B. B., & Author, C. C. (year). Title of article. Title of Periodical, volume number, page number-page number.
Journal Article - continuous pagination - 1 author

Journal Article - journal paginated by issue - 2 authors

in a citation for a newspaper article. Do not include this abbreviation
in citations for other types of sources.

Include the state or country after the city only if the city is not
well known or could be confused with another city. Give the name of
the publisher in as brief a form as is intelligible.
