Mergent Online (replacing
Moody's Company Data -
U.S. and Moody's International Company Data) provides
business and financial information for 23,000 U.S. and
international companies. SEC filings (real-time and
archived to 1993) are included for the 10,000+ NYSE,
AMEX and NASDAQ exchange companies. Financials for 15
years are "as reported"
and can be downloaded to spreadsheet software such as
Microsoft Excel. Annual reports, where available, begin
with 1997 and will be archived. Fact sheets (updated
quarterly) giving a company overview, ratios, and prospects
are available for 2,000 U.S. companies. Recent news
stories about a company are listed for 6 weeks.
In basic search mode, you may search by company name
or ticker symbol. In advanced search mode, you may search
for companies meeting specified criteria such as selected
SIC code(s), geographical area(s), revenues, profits,
specified words in descriptive text, and more!

U.S.Company Data. -- An Internet-accessible
subscription service covering 10,000+ public companies
and their SEC (EDGAR®) filings.
Company Data Direct/International -- More companies
from more countries than any other international
database, with global searching across databases.
Annuals/U.S. -- Easy-to-access current and
historical annual reports on 10,000 U.S. public
companies -- all in multi-image formats -- which
provide faster download and viewing of the document
during download.
InternationalCompany Data -- Hard-to-get, timely
annual reports on all companies in our Company Data
Direct/International database, available in
multi-image formats.
FactSheets -- Presentation-quality reports on over
1,700 NYSE, AMEX, and Nasdaq companies.
FIS Company Archives -- The newest database on
FISonline -- over 4,000 companies that were acquired,
went bankrupt or merged out of existence from 1995
onward.
Institutional Holdings -- Quickly and simply
research the 15 largest institutional holders for U.S.
companies as well as determine the aggregate
institutional buyers and sellers.
Insider Trading -- A complete, up-to-date record
of all share buys and sells by U.S. corporate officers
and directors for the past three and six months.
FIS Broker Research -- Fully graphical research
reports from over 500 brokerage and independent
resarch firms located around the world.
